Some thoughts about that list.

The first, with the whale breech is an obvious fake. I think that was debunked as a Eurpean Pepsi commercial or something.

Some were just stupid and goofy, but seemed rather harmless. I think the "Urban Kayaking" was a Jack-*** crew thing, or at least a copy-cat version. The gymnastics was odd-ball. I've seen a staircase rodeo entry live, though without a landing half-way down, and no matter: That's just purely nuts and asking for trouble.

The Kayaking Snowcross just looked like a blast. Dangerous? Sure, but no more so, no, check that, a FRACTION as dangerous as moto-cross racing. I'd much rather be hit by a mostly smooth, rounded <50lb. boat than a 500lb.+ motorcycle with narrow, knobby tires, pointy handle bars, gears and metal objects protruding everywhere.

The rest kind of stand for themselves.

agree with Dan..... we need to find a suitable location for the Snow kayak course here.

had the oppurtunity to canoe a Black diamond one year after ski world closed it hills for the season. Very interesting.. especailly when we missed the lift tower by 6" and then went airborne.

unlikely to repeat that specific stunt though.
