I have been attacked by geese/swans before but never fell in.....they are MEAN in the spring when nesting and I would guess that was a nesting pair....just give them a wide birth....when the swim next to you like they were in video, they are not curious, they are trying to force you away from their nest.....if all else fails the secondary use of a paddle is for self-defense!
